The Aspire Fit Retreat is an immersive 4-day experience built for the Aspire Fit community — people who are serious about their fitness, their nutrition, and their growth. This isn't a vacation. It's a catalyst.
From a casual meet & greet on Thursday evening to outdoor adventures, a private gym takeover, and expert coaching sessions — every moment is designed to push you forward and connect you with people who share your drive.

He leads with energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for helping people become the best version of themselves.

Coleman brings a clinical edge to performance coaching. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Elite Strength & Conditioning Coach, he bridges the gap between rehabilitation and high-performance training — helping athletes and everyday people move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free.

Josh is the architect behind Aspire Fit's programming systems. A Doctor of Physical Therapy and Elite Strength, Conditioning & Nutrition Coach, he specializes in building programs that are both scientifically grounded and practically sustainable — for athletes and everyday clients alike.

CSCS
Elite Strength & Conditioning Coach
Aaron brings 10 years of collegiate strength and conditioning experience to the retreat, having worked with competitive athletes at the highest levels. His coaching is methodical, performance-driven, and grounded in real-world results — pushing clients to new personal bests while keeping training smart and sustainable.

MS, CSCS
Elite Strength & Conditioning Coach
Nat combines a Master's-level education with hands-on coaching experience to deliver programming that actually works. As an Elite Strength & Conditioning Coach, he brings precision, positivity, and a deep understanding of exercise science to every session — making him a standout presence at every retreat.
Getting There
Getting to the retreat is simple. Fly into Omaha and we'll take care of the rest.
Omaha's Eppley Airfield (airport code OMA) is the closest airport to downtown. It's a smaller, easy-to-navigate airport with direct flights from most major hubs. Plan to arrive Thursday, July 16th.
The Downtown Marriott at the Capitol District offers a complimentary hotel shuttle directly from Eppley Airfield. No rideshare needed — just grab your bags and hop on the shuttle.
We're staying at the Marriott in Omaha's vibrant Capitol District — right in the heart of downtown, steps from restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It's the perfect home base for the weekend.
Plan to arrive Thursday evening, July 16th for the Meet & Greet. Departure is Sunday morning, July 19th. We recommend booking a late Sunday morning or afternoon flight to enjoy a relaxed checkout.
